About
The Braemar at Medford is a 200-bed residence providing high-quality assisted living to Long Island’s senior community. Our goal is to make sure our residents are active and engaged in their daily lives and that they feel at home at Braemar. As one of the largest assisted living programs in New York State, the facility fills an identified need for affordable, quality housing for seniors who can no longer live alone without assistance, but who do not need continual skilled nursing care.

Each fully furnished apartment at the Braemar at Medford includes personal touches that make each apartment a great place to call home. In addition, we provide transportation to nearby shopping, community activities and houses of worship.

On-site Healthcare
Services
Healthcare services are provided by our LHCSA (a licensed home care services agency) and our Wellness Department.
Together they monitor the health and safety of our residents providing assistance for those who need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and medication management.
